In the listing process we market your home using various resources such as the Multiple Listing Service, Internet Databases, Social Media, etc. A professional photographer is always hired to photograph your home insuring your home is always presented in the best possible light to present an important first impression.

We also work very closely with Rise General Contracting, a local general contracting company, to handle needed repairs reliably and inexpensively.
Also unlike most agents today, I make myself available anytime of the day, 7 days a week. This ensures you as a client are fully informed about the status of your listing. This means answering phone calls, returning emails to prospective buyers who inquire about your property, etc.
